Senior / NPI Engineer (PCBA Test / Electronics manufacturing / Gerber / 60% Batam)

Job Description:

• Responsible for New Product Introduction (NPI) Engineering matters.
• Key contact to customer on engineering matters.
• Responsible to lead and coordinate test matters with supplier and factory
• Responsible to generate ECN, BOM and Work Instruction
• Responsible for Product Transfer to factory (Batam) that include product training.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in Engineering with min 3 years of electronics manufacturing experience.
• Minimum 3 years experience in In-Circuit-Test / Functional Test
• Experience in PCBA manufacturing process
• Experience in reading PCB gerber
• Experience in Bill of Materials.
• Experience in liaising with customer
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal relation skill.
