Senior/ Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities

• In-charged of all therapy services
• Assess clients condition during admission and formulate therapy treatment for clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for complex case discussions
• Follow-up/ Conduct periodic review on clients condition
• Conduct individual and group therapy treatments
• Ensure proper documentation of therapy records
• Participate in in-house training

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Occupational Therapy
• AHPC Registered
• Candidate with at least 2 year of experience is preferred
• Experience in Home nursing industry is an advantage
