Senior/Officer, Customer Support Operations

• Monitor customer spare requirement and liaise with various departments to activate, track, and expedite on the replenishment of on-site inventory upon usage.
• Act as customer account planner and point of contact for customer enquiries on material requirement.
• Initiate loan/exchange/purchase activities to support material shortages.
• Monitor EDD and AWB information and accurately update the Web portal.
• Weekly reporting at Customer operations meeting on spares status.
• Raise Purchase Req for Class C and D components.
• Follow up on operations spares issuance for closure handling of administrative functions relating to customer's spare orders.
• Providing timely responses to customers queries and requests.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Polytechnic Diploma in an Engineering Field.
• Working experience in material management in the aviation industry would be an advantage. Candidates with experience in inventory management in other industries would also be considered.
• At least 2 years working/professional experience. Working experience in the aviation industry would be preferred.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good human relations skills.
• Ability to learn fast and willingness to take up additional responsibilities.
• Proficiency with SAP will be advantageous.
• Customer-centric with the ability to adapt to different types of characters.
