Responsibilities
Fulfil orders from Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10 and Urbanfox.store according to channel service level agreement
Overseeing and coordinating the fulfilment process and shipments
Update shipping status on the channels
Monitoring inventory levels and submitting orders to warehouse
Ensure that purchase orders are sent to suppliers
Co-ordinate with suppliers to prepare goods to be delivered to customers
Work with customer service to address customers queries to ensure customer satisfaction
Troubleshoot issues relating to order shipments, ecommerce purchase, order fulfilment etc
Manage returns and exchanges
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
Proficient in MS Office
Comfortable with using technology, like ecommerce, warehouse management system, transport management system
Experience in managing marketplaces such as Lazada, Shopee and Qoo10 will be an added advantage
