The role:
1. Administer employee welfare including marriage, new born, hospitalization, condolences and employee benefits including flexible benefits, vacation subsidy and corporate memberships
2. Assist in reviewing employee welfare benefits and programmes
3. Manage employee insurances including medical, work injury, group term life and group personal accident and assist in annual insurance renewal exercise
4. Liaise with the authorities such as Ministry of Manpower whenever necessary, eg. WICA
5. Plan and organise programmes/activities to promote work-life balance
6. Assist in implementation of staff communication channels and engagement programmes including designing publicity materials
7. Conduct the annual declaration exercise
8. Support the implementation of new HRIS system, including documentation, UAT, etc.
9. Ad-hoc projects as assigned
