Senior Operation Executive /Planner

Responsibilities:

• To ensure sufficient manpower deployment and operations are well covered and delivered.
• Manage and coordinate daily operations related to waste collection, transportation, and disposal.
• Deployment of OTCs ,Compactors orders, REL Trucks and Recyclables Collection
• Monitor and optimize route planning for collection vehicles to ensure timely and cost-effective waste pickup
• Handling deployment of Compactors / OTCs / MGB Bins for new / ad-hoc projects
• Handling & Management of Weighbridge duties & activities
• Monitor staff's attendance and trips done to ensure all overtime and incentive are being compiled correctly and meeting the payroll's requirements
• Prepare and submit monthly reports within a tight timeframe
• Implement operational protocols to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards
• Any other duties or task as and when assigned.

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Environmental Science, or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in waste management operations.
• Experience in managing and supervising personnel.
• Professional certification in waste management is a plus.
