My clients who are in the Healthcare industry are looking for a Senior Order Fulfilment/Customer Service Manager for their organisation. As the business is in the growing stages and has just set up a new central warehouse, they are looking for someone to be responsible for the order management to support the customer order fulfilment.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Build and maintain relationship with customers, communicate effectively to process all orders and address delivery enquiries
- Work in close collaboration with internal stakeholders, to communicate and translate customer requirements for order processing
- Develop insights from customers order requirements and drive customer journey mapping to enhance user experience and continuous improvements in process flows, through the use of data analytics
- Understand customers needs and support business development by fostering new concepts and customer solutions for supply chain
- Monitor transactions from customers to warehouse and ensure accurate and timely order processing and shipment coordination with warehouse.
- Monitor trends to ensure shorter cycle times and throughput times to meet customer orders. Managing resources, delivery schedules, customer communications to ensure service levels and proper internal governance are maintained and sustainable. Verification of all transactions are performed timely and accurately
Looking for candidates what have 8 - 10 years of experience within Customer Service or Order Fulfilment within the Warehouse. Be able to do customer service mapping and customer centric. Data crunching and Analytics is an important requirement. You would have a degree in Supply Chain or relevant.
