We are looking for an experienced Sr. OutSystems Developer to join our team for a high-impact project within the public sector. In this role, you'll design, implement, and maintain a robust, scalable architecture for an enterprise-grade OutSystems application, ensuring stability, security, and adherence to public sector standards. Working closely with the Project Manager and Solution Architect, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a solution tailored to the unique needs of the public sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architectural Design: Design and oversee the technical architecture of OutSystems applications, ensuring alignment with project goals and compliance with public sector standards.
- System Implementation: Lead OutSystems installations across both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal configuration and performance.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with the Project Manager to align technical deliverables with project milestones for timely delivery.
- Solution Integrity: Collaborate with the Solution Architect to uphold solution design integrity and support architectural decisions.
- Platform Upgrades: Lead at least one full platform version upgrade, ensuring a seamless transition with minimal operational impact.
- Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, promoting a culture of best practices and knowledge-sharing.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with public sector stakeholders as needed to gather requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in OutSystems development and technical architecture, with demonstrated system design expertise.
- Technical Skills:
- Proven experience with OutSystems architecture, including on-premises and cloud environments.
- Familiarity with LifeTime for application and environment management (preferred).
- Experience in leading at least one OutSystems platform version upgrade.
- Industry Knowledge:
- Prior experience in public sector projects is highly advantageous.
- Knowledge of security and compliance standards for public sector projects is a plus.
- Certifications: OutSystems certification is a strong advantage.
