Duties & Responsibilities
- Register patients for consultation
- Attend to queries from both internal and external customers
- Render assistance to patients when necessary
- Collect payment for services rendered and accountable for payment collected
- Provide financial counselling to patients
- Assist with appointment scheduling for patients follow up
- To maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the wards counters
Requirements
- Possess at least a GCE N or O levels, Professional Certificate/NITEC/Higher NITEC or Diploma
- Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage (to liaise with dialects speaking patients)
- Experience in frontline customer service is preferred
- Possess the ability to work 2 rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
