Responsibilities:
. Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties
. Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
. Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
. Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements:
. GCE N/ O / A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
. 1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
. Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply
. Good interpersonal & communication skills
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
. Mon - Fri | Office hours (staggered)
