Responsible for effecting clinic session changes in system, liaising with different stakeholders to manage patient appointments, as well as other administrative duties
Meet quality standards and achieve department KPIs on a monthly basis
Provide excellent customer service and meticulous administrative support
Any other duties assigned from time to time
Requirements
GCE N/ O / A Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC or Diploma in any relevant discipline
1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare industry
