Reporting Structure:
- You report to the Performance Director
- You are expected to manage your team as well as any specialist delivery services that are being deployed in your business.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage personal and professional opinions in line with company direction.
- Develop and update client performance media plans, reports and provide insights and commentary.
- Analyse ongoing performance to identify campaign trends and key insights to ensure pro-active solutions are regularly presented to clients and agency teams.
- Continuously recommend ideas/tactics to clients for campaign optimization.
- Manage a performance and activation team and oversee their career development, output, and their learnings across all performance marketing channels.
- Liaise directly with different media partners and clients to build strong relationships.
- Provide consult and training to clients and internal teams on how to run performance marketing campaigns.
- Create detailed, data-driven forecasts for spend and performance KPIs
- Manage large budget pools with the goal of achieving a strong ROAS
- Work with the finance teams to resolve billing discrepancies
Experience required:
- Bachelors degree
- Minimum 6 years of work experience in a performance media role.
- Minimum 2 years of team leadership and mentoring experience
- Deep technical expertise with SEM across all search engines platforms (Google, Microsoft, Baidu, Qihoo, Naver, Yahoo!JP, and Yandex)
- Strong technical expertise in Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, App Marketing (Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, etc.)
- Basic technical understanding of SA360, Social Media Marketing, Programmatic Advertising
- Understands attribution modelling/lifetime value (LTV) and its impact across all channels
- Ability to create and modify Google Ads/Google Data Studio scripts are a big plus
- You have a proven track record of optimizing very large Google Ads accounts, driving conversion driven KPI goals (Revenue/ROAS), and building accurate forecasts
- Strong communicator and storyteller, possesses excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Broad client experience across a breadth of industries and categories; Understand business issues at the core
- Be a proactive self-starter and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
- Have strong organizational skills being able to manage multiple clients / projects at once
- Be confident in analyzing and acting on marketing data
- Demonstrable experience in working across regional campaigns and different local languages
