Senior / Planning Executive (Scent & Care), SEAO & Export Markets
As a Senior / Planning Executive, you will be responsible for production scheduling and local raw materials and finished goods planning through analysing Demand and Supply. With strong analytical, numeric, planning, communication skills, you will work in a dynamic fast-paced manufacturing environment.
You are required to follow-up closely with various departments to ensure that the Master Production Schedule (MPS) is closely adhered to, and eventually lead to the fulfilment of the required delivery deadlines. This role reports directly to Planning Manager, SEAO & Export Markets.
The Position:
Schedule Production Plan and ensure Raw Materials/Intermediates availability.
Ensure order confirmation timely upon firmed order receipt, New Wins, discontinuity or replacement enquiries in accordance with Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Responsible for local raw materials supply planning
Review capacity matrix, safety stocks settings, MOQ's and pack sizes on a periodic basis
Responsible for Slow Moving Obsolesce Stocks (SLOBs) reduction and prepare monthly Write off list for management approval
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports based on the performance of production and highlight issues and bottlenecks that may potentially impact the achievement of the production schedule and delivery deadlines
Pro-active with great problem-solving skills and able to work with internal team and as well as cross functional teams to ensure meeting KPIs and Service level
Other scheduled/ad-hoc Reports/Dashboards and Projects such as artificial Intelligence / machine learning, Robotic Process Automation(RPA) related to Supply Planning
The Ideal Candidate:
Degree qualification in Supply Chain, Statistics or Business discipline
Minimum 3 years experience in Production Planning or Supply Planning
Strong knowledge and experience in SAP ERP system
Excellent Microsoft office and Business Intelligence skills with strong analytical abilities
Experience in taking ownership and committed to delivering results of noticeable high quality
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Independent and a good team player with the ability to multi-task
