JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:
- Identify and establish strategic partnership opportunities that contribute to DCS growth and expansion plans in its engagement efforts. This includes environmental scan of latest NE landscape and innovative trends.
- Drive partnership initiatives across 3P (Public, People and Private) sectors to profile and promote DCS as choice National Education/Total Defence partner.
- Coordinate with external partners and internal stakeholders on partner-related activities from event management to MOU/partnership agreements/projects.
- Support DCS strategy planning and development. This includes implementing, monitoring and evaluating organisation-wide KPIs for performance review, preparing analysis and insight reports for management, planning and coordinating of workplan planning to ensure organisational alignment.
- Support CEO's office in organising and engaging stakeholders at DCS events (launches, official visits, learning journeys)
- Other duties as assigned by Director/Deputy CEO/ CEO
Requirements:
- Degree in Arts and Social Sciences Business Mgt or other relevant disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years relevant working experience, preferably in arts & culture or National Education/Total Defence-related agencies
- Excellent communication, inter-personal, event & project management, analytical and facilitation skills
- Motivated team player and able to work flexible hours when required
- Able to multi-task and handle tight deadlines
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Good knowledge and application of MS Office applications, especially Powerpoint and Excel
- Experience in using data analytics and visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI) would be an advantage and
- Passion in Singapore Story and National Education & interest in current affairs
