Senior Process Plant Engineer

Job Description & Requirements

- Responsible for overall quality and product yield. Process optimisation to improve manufacturing efficiency.

- Troubleshoot process failures and implement robust and effective.

solutions to address process and equipment issues.

- Lead/Support new product qualifications.

- Lead and participate in quality improvement projects.

- In-charge of PM planning, equipment maintenance, and parts management.

- Coordinate with Process engineers to resolve process related issues.

- To improve and enhance machine performance and upgrade.

- Work with equipment suppliers to develop new capabilities.

- Develop cost-reduction initiatives while still maintaining quality and productivity.

- Installation and test new equipment before handing off to production.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree with relevant Engineering field
• Able to drive for capacity modeling improvement, tool rate efficiency and understand capacity/cycle time trade-offs is advantageous
• Good communication skills and adaptable to changes
• Ability to work in a team environment and across various functions
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• High proficiency in MS-Office (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project)
