Duties and Responsibilities
- Communicate, promote and manage the company's vision with respect to HSE standards, behaviour and performance.
- Communicate and promote a Process Safety culture that supports continuous HSE improvement and actively engage workers through company-wide programs.
- Ensure appropriate resources are made available to develop, document, implement, maintain and comply with Process systems and programs.
- Regulatory and environmental compliance.
- Perform regular site inspections and training and Process safety meeting to assure safety and performance compliance.
- Ensure Process safety agenda, priority, and work plan were delivered as agreed,
- Perform employee performance reviews and continuous improvement programs.
- Conduct, perform, document and track Process Incident Reports and Incident Investigations.
- Develop and lead Process Hazard Analysis (HA) on existing and new processes.
- Develop and provide oversight and conduct audits for the site Management of Change (MOC) Process.
- Develop and provide oversight and conduct audits for Pre Start-up Safety Reviews(PSSR).
- Participate in Individual Disciplinary Action Discussion related to Safety or Performance Issues while working with Department Managers towards corrective action.
- Responsible for implementation and continual improvement of the site process safety, loss prevention and contractor safety.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor Degree preferable in Engineering.
- 5 years of supervisor and above.
- Preferably with 5 years of relevant working experience in oil and gas industry.
- Strong knowledge of process safety and good business sense.
- HAZOP and PSSR facilitator.
