Senior Procurement Specialist (Start-up manufacturer/ Prefer EPC experience)

Responsibilities

. Conduct end-to-end procurement activities and support Source-to-Pay workflows, in alignment to sourcing strategies deployed by the Procurement team.

. Manage supplier tendering and vendor selection process, conduct effective and timely ordering, delivery and payment of products & services to support company's operational needs.

. Coordinate with suppliers to timely resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.

. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers and internal stakeholders.

. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.

. Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data.

Requirements

. Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.

. Strong working knowledge in procurement processes, proficiency in procurement software.

. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

. Comfortable working in a start-up environment in the pharmaceutical sector.
