Report to Senior Manager - Procurement
Responsibilities
- Conduct end-to-end procurement activities and support Source-to-Pay workflows, in alignment to sourcing strategies deployed by the Procurement team.
- Manage supplier tendering and vendor selection process, conduct effective and timely ordering, delivery and payment of products & services to support company's operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers to timely resolve any issues related to orders, deliveries, or quality.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and supplier performance data.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Good English and Chinese skills in reading, writing and speaking to frequently liase with internal and external stakeholders from China.
- Strong working knowledge in procurement processes, proficiency in procurement software.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
