We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Product Development practice. The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for the planning, development, and management of our product lifecycle. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally to deliver exceptional products that meet market needs and drive business growth.
Product Development: as part of a development team, specify, develop and launch new products and features. Manage the product development process from ideation to launch- Product Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the companys vision. Define the product roadmap based on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
User Experience: Advocate for the end-user and ensure that the product delivers an outstanding user experience. Gather and analyze user feedback to improve product features and performance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management or a related role.
- Minimum of 3 year being part of an Agile squad with a team of highly qualified engineers
Experience in building a product roadmap and managing stakeholder expectactions
Innovative, motivated, quick learner, and ability to work with minimum supervision- Ability to embrace a dynamic and highly innovative environment
Ability to work well in a small team and take end-to-end ownership of problems and their resolution
- Attention to detail, curiosity, and passion for technology
