Job Description

Position Overview

The Digital Xperience and Engagement (DXE) team at Synapxe is on an adventure to unify the health journey of our population through our national consumer-fronting clinical app frontend HealthHub SG. As product managers, we think how might we enable patients/ citizens to navigate digital healthcare services seamlessly and nudge them towards better health by putting patients/ citizens at the heart of our digital products through relevant, continuous improvements while applying core product management principles across the app development lifecycle to make a difference in their health and lives.

The potential candidate will play a pivotal role as the lead mobile product manager for the superapp, you will work with the functional product managers to deliver a delightful and consistent mobile UX/UI experience, the mobile access management experience to improve access to health transactions and records, as well as the omnichannel notification experience (native, messaging, email, web) to support national programmes and public healthcare clusters population health notification and nudging initiatives.

Role & Responsibilities

Strategy and Vision

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for our superapp, CIAM as well as the omnichannel notification experiences, aligned with the overall vision and goals of HealthHub programme
  • Oversee the mobile UX/UI experience and enhance the value proposition and positioning of the native app vs web

Product Development


  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed specifications, user stories, and prototypes; in addition, to run POCs to test the viability of ideas
  • Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality, secure, and scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with product teams and cross-functional delivery, engineering and mobile teams to prioritize features, manage dependencies, and resolve technical and design challenges

Product Launch And Adoption


  • Work with Go-To-Market (GTM) team to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and enablement materials, to drive product adoption and engagement
  • Collaborate with GTM/ digital marketing teams to create compelling product demonstrations, presentations, and collateral for partner engagement
  • Work with Product Ops team to monitor product performance, user feedback, and industry trends to identify opportunities for product enhancements and updates

Customer Engagement And Relationships


  • Act as a product evangelist and engage with customers, partners, and industry experts to gather feedback, understand their needs, and validate product concepts
  • Conduct customer interviews, usability tests, and surveys to gather insights and validate product features and enhancements
  • Build strong relationships with key public healthcare stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor and gathering input for future product development

Industry Leadership


  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to mobile app development
  • Participate in industry conferences, events, and forums to showcase our products, share thought leadership, and build our brand reputation

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g. science, engineering, computer science)
  • 7+ years as a product manager in a high-growth tech company or other relevant organization, or other relevant experience
  • Prior exposure to CIAM products as well as notification mechanisms (native, mobile, email, web), design principles, and strategies will be beneficial
  • Prior experience working with design teams and React.js
  • Understanding of mobile native features mobile deep linking and SDKs
  • Experience with digital experience analytics tools like Google Analytics, Glassbox will be beneficial
  • An act-like-an-owner mentality. We have a bias toward taking action
