About the role

We're seeking a strategic and operational leader to drive product and retail marketing initiatives. This role is pivotal in overseeing product strategy, assortment planning, and pricing, ensuring our portfolio aligns with market trends and channel needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in demand planning, pricing strategies, and competitor analysis, coupled with the ability to foster relationships with retail partners and manage visual merchandising and promotional budgets effectively.

Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Management:

  • Manage product portfolio and new launch planning across channels, ensuring alignment on key campaigns.
  • Coordinate with regional and local teams on demand planning, stock allocation, and pricing strategies.
  • Track and update product line-ups, forecasting, and localized promotions.

Product Marketing Operations:

  • Collaborate with Consumer Marketing and Demand Planning to prepare materials (e.g., PR, testers, GWPs) for product launches.
  • Build product education points with Retail Marketing and Training teams based on market insights and trends.
  • Monitor competitor offerings and pricing to stay market-relevant.

Retail Marketing Execution

  • Plan and execute omni-channel product launches, campaigns, and always-on promotions.
  • Lead visual merchandising and manage new counter/store renovations with adherence to brand standards.

Retail Partner Collaboration

  • Coordinate with retail partners on in-store activations, corporate sales initiatives, and brand visibility.
  • Support collaborative programs with external partners, ensuring smooth execution.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee promotion allocation, budget adherence, and competitor tracking.
  • Manage VM costs, counter decoration, and promotional budgets.

Requirements

  • 4 - 5+ years in product marketing, retail marketing, or portfolio management, preferably within the beauty, luxury, or consumer goods sectors.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product portfolio management, forecasting, and assortment planning.
  • Solid understanding of omni-channel marketing, campaign planning, and visual merchandising.
  • Strong ability to work cross-functionally with regional and local teams, including Demand Planning, Consumer Marketing, and Retail teams.
  • Proven experience in handling multiple campaigns, launches, and retail projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on meeting timelines.
  • Experience in managing relationships with retail partners and external collaborators, including corporate sales and in-store activation initiatives.
