Senior Production Engineer

As the Senior Production Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of R&D manufacturing operations.

Your Role:

• Manage R&D manufacturing operations and be a technical expert in the process.
• Refine manufacturing techniques, lead method validation projects, and be the go-to expert for training operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Documenting crucial process safety and risk assessments, maintaining the highest standards of excellence.

Requirements:

• Background in a regulated manufacturing environment (pharmaceutical or biotechnology preferred).
• Master's or PhD in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in formulation development.
• In-depth understanding of GMP, process development, validation, and pharmaceutical quality systems.
• Proven track record in pharmaceutical formulation development and technology transfer.
