Directs/manages the preparation of Food processing at one or more Central Kitchen
Duties may include:
. Coordinate and manage food preparation at central kitchen.
. Apply culinary techniques to prepare food according to the establishment's standard recipes and operating procedures, where applicable.
. Support manager in the development of new items
. Monitor and guide food processing teams on proper portioning techniques to optimize processing efficiency and minimize waste.
. To oversee food processing teams as needed to ensure efficient operations and adherence to quality standards.
. To ensure and maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations and proper upkeep of processing equipment to uphold safety and hygiene standards.
Monthly salary ranges from $3500 to $3800 depending on the work experience
