Senior Program Engineer (Plastics, Tooling/Jurong)

. Provide support in Business Development activities and serve as primary technical contact with customers

. Ensure proper qualification of new projects and successful implementation of programs in the production/manufacturing unit

. Track and monitor project progress to ensure project schedules and cost objectives are met

. Provide support to BD manager in generating quotation for molding projects involving new toolings

. Work with Manufacturing on developing and establishing workflows and production concepts

. Identify and specify engineering requirements for new projects

. Initiate equipment procurement activities for new projects when needed (with Purchasing)

. Plan and execute tooling qualification activities with supporting groups to achieve successful project execution

Requirements:

. Diploma/ Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

. Minimum 3 years relevant experience with some knowledge of managing healthcare or medical products

. Good knowledge of project management and production process. Knowledge of plastics molding or tooling will be advantageous.

. Good communications, organizational and planning abilities

. Independent, good initiative and able to multitask in fast paced environment

. Office: Joo Koon/Boon Lay | Mon - Fri (8:30am to 5:45pm)

. Monthly salary x 13 + Variable Bonus. Monthly salary will commensurate according to experiences
