Responsibilities:

- Project Management of deployments

- On site visits & surveys before project confirmation

- Coordinate and manages technicians and vendors

- Coordinates procurement with purchasing dept

- Experience in green building (e.g. energy monitoring) deployments

- Keep track of project progress & updates stakeholders

- Propose/validate solutions

Requirements:

- Technical/engineering background and/or experience in IOT / Facilities Management / Sustainability

- More than 5 years of relevant experience

- Can multitasks

- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word

- Strong interest in new exciting world of IOT

- Experience with python and C/C++

- Experience with electrical wiring of DB/subboard, chiller and sensors is an added advantage
