Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, executing, and coordinating construction tasks according to the master and detailed work schedules.
- Prepare and submit essential project documents such as timelines, method statements, design plans, risk evaluations, and monthly updates.
- Oversee construction work to ensure it adheres to contract terms, drawings, quality standards, and Environmental, Safety & Health (ESH) guidelines.
- Collaborate with Clients, Authorities, Consultants, Subcontractors, and Suppliers on all aspects of the project, providing solutions and ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and consultants for site inspections, submit technical reports, and maintain accurate site records. Assist the QS department in reviewing contractor claims and progress payments.
- Attend meetings with Clients, Consultants, and Contractors to monitor project timelines and ensure progress is on track.
- Maintain an organized document control system, reviewing detailed design drawings and project specifications.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineer Board.
- At least 2 years of working experience in the construction and infrastructure industry.
