The Role:
The Senior Project Manager is the primary day-to-day contact with the Client Marcom team and works closely with their Producers, Project Managers, Image Producers, Print Production Manager, and Channel Sales Program (CSP) Managers to implement channel campaigns in Southeast Asia. This role will be a 3 to 6 months contract with possibility of extension or conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage localization of all Channel marketing materials on the agency side
- Build strong client relationships which enable a clear understanding of the client's Channel partner structure and print vendors. Be the go-to person for Channel Marketing asset localization and production
- Build strong internal relationships across the agency (Traffic, Content, Interactive, Studio, Print Production, Finance and Operations)
- Lead planning for new projects: liaising with the client and line manager
- Update daily tracker during live project shared with Producers and Deployment
- Highlight opportunities for improving processes and align internally and with Client's Producers prior to implementation
- Own the basics of client service including creating and updating agendas, timing plans, contact reports and cost estimates
- Communicate the briefs to the studio and print production teams, and ensure that the correct creative direction is being taken
- Immerse yourself in the client's brand and offering
- Set and manage client expectations ensuring they follow the agreed workflows and collaborate to find swift resolution on any issues
- The ability to write, prepare and present project documentation, presentations and reports with a strategic mindset and point of view
- Validate and collate channel assets for Producers to review and for final sign-off
- Support Producers to ensure channel assets are handed off on time
- Ensure that the line manager is aware of all client issues and proposed solutions (including potential delays) to ensure swift resolution and avoid further escalation
- Act as a brand QC/Guardian always ensure brand guidelines, QC checklists and procedures are followed
- Keep GAD/CSD and FD informed of any circumstances which would positively or negatively affect forecasts
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the Hogarth business model, services and technology
- Organize teamwork, create a balanced work schedule and ensure people are able to deliver results
Requirements:
- Degree or diploma and a minimum of 8 years solid agency experience gained working on global retail and/or shopper accounts, from creative development to final production
- Good knowledge of print, color retouching and digital artwork productions processes and best practices
- Excellent spreadsheet skills in both Excel and Numbers. Demonstration of experience in managing complex spreadsheets
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal, in both [insert native language] and English
- Attention to detail, analytical thinking ability and passion for the work are essential
- A hands-on, can-do approach to solving problems
- The ability to prioritize and work quickly and efficiently within very tight time frames
- Must be able to travel as required, sometimes several weeks at a time
