Job Description

Youll be responsible for leading a programme of projects for our clients and help the Project Director build up the Project Management practice within Digitas and effectively the wider Publicis Groupe in Singapore. With more clients embracing the role of Design Thinking in marketing and communications, youll be leading the work across a range of verticals (tourism, finance, hospitality, government, F&B), across a variety of platforms. As a seasoned Project Management practitioner, youre comfortable with steering the team through uncertainties as you shape solutions from the ground up. Responsibilities

Overall

Management of key projects & programs of the agency. Supervision and mentorship of project managers.
Full ownership of project lifecycle (end to end): Planning, execution, monitoring, and ensuring the quality of projects and programs while considering the constraints of time, cost and scope.

Planning

Capturing the projects or programs business objectives and requirements from the clients.
Documenting project or program requirements in the form of the Requirement Specification Document while incorporating best practices in the digital space.
Preparing cost estimates, scope of work, and project timelines.

Execution

Managing the day-to-day and overall client relationships (multiple stakeholders) along with the account management team that are aligned to the strategy and goals of the agency.
Managing human resources in projects/programs including the reassignment of team members, or sourcing for additional team members where necessary, as well facilitating inter-agency and/or intra-network resource sharing.
Managing 3rd party partners required to deliver the project/program scope
Ensuring the project teams are clear on the project requirements, deadlines and costs
Managing change requests in required during the project delivery phase
Managing functional/technical quality assurance (QA) testing.
Drafting user guides and conducting user training.

Monitoring

Facilitate daily project stand-ups.
Hosting weekly project status meetings.
Managing the clients expectations through project documentation, regular status meetings, and project reporting tools (progress report, burndown chart, utilization, etc.)
Ensuring the profitability and controlling the costs of projects/programs
Assisting the Project Director in identifying and rolling-out process improvements for projects/programs.

New Business

Assisting the Business Director and Growth Director in drafting project/program proposals (for RFPs, RFIs, pitches, etc.) which includes but not limited to cost estimates, timelines, delivery methodologies, resourcing plans, etc.
Partner with client leads, and stakeholders to actively propose solutions that address clients business needs.
Assisting the account management team in preparing cost estimates, scope of work, project timelines.

Qualifications

Requirements

Min. 8 years project management experience in a web or software development environment.
Individual with less experience can be considered as project manager
Has successfully planned, managed, launched multiple CMS projects.
Has hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Drupal, IBM WebSphere, and/or Sitecore
Experience in planning and implementing CRM projects is preferred
Experience in running digital campaigns is preferred.
Excellent problem-solving skills and proven written, oral, and presentation skills.
Team motivator, self-starter, logical, well-organized and deadline oriented.
Able to take pressure and work under tight schedule.
Responsive, pro-active, strong initiatives, excellent communications and people skills and strong conflict resolution skills.
Scrum / Prince2 / CITPM / PMP certification will be an advantage.
