To plan & manage construction projects including liasing with sub-contractors, QP, PE and other relevant authorities etc, ensuring site works are executed timely and accordingly based on approved drawings or plans, and requirements of relevant authorities, ensuring workplace safety and health compliance on site for all projects assigned.
To ensure a smooth execution of the construction projects from start to finish.
To be able to perform other ad-hoc tasking as and when required.
To work along side with other managers.
Requirement:
Must be experienced in Landed Residential Construction Project.
Must be able to read and understand Construction Drawings.
Must be familiar with Singapore Building Codes and Practices.
Must be able to use AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) software.
