Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resources, to meet client requirements and organizational objectives.Oversee all phases of project execution, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.
- Lead and manage multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring effective collaboration and efficient resource allocation.
- Foster a high-performance culture within the team by providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
- Oversee marine-specific construction activities such as dredging, piling, seawall construction, and other infrastructure developments.
- Ensure compliance with marine construction regulations, environmental standards, and safety protocols.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address project challenges.
- Resolve issues promptly to maintain project momentum and quality standards.
- Prepare detailed project reports for stakeholders, including progress updates, financial summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of project activities, milestones, and outcomes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing end-to-end projects, including full project lifecycle management and client interaction.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and stakeholders effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of marine construction techniques, equipment, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage client relationships and contracts.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
