Roles & Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the support and maintenance of SAP SD areas.
- Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions identify, interpret, validate and document customer requirements.
- Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements.
- Map client business requirements, processes and objectives develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients needs.
- Design, customize, configure and testing of SD.
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solutions.
- Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results.
- Proactively identify and propose business process and/or system enhancements.
- Provide consulting services on both new implementations and existing support projects.
- Act as a liaison between the business functions and the technical team.
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required.
- Work self-directed and independently may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in, Computer Science, Business/Administration, Business, Engineering, Information Technology.
- Language: Proficiency in Mandarin as to liaise with China counterparts.
- SAP SD: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution modules, including pricing, order management, and billing.
- Master Data: Understanding and management of master data related to sales processes.
- Logistics: Knowledge of logistics processes within SAP SD.
- Delivery Types: Familiarity with different delivery types and their impact on order fulfillment.
- Credit Management: Familiarity with credit management processes within SAP SD.
- FI (Financial Accounting): Awareness of financial integration points within SAP SD.
- IDOC: Understanding of IDOCs (Intermediate Documents) for data exchange between systems.
Desired Experience:
- Overall 15+ years of SAP SD experience, including:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects.
- Minimum of 5 years designing and configuring SD modules.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time.
- Experience in a Professional Services or Distribution company is an asset.
- Understanding of accounting business processes.
- Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective.
Certifications (Good to have):
- SAP Certified Application Associate - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP7
- SAP Certified Application Professional - Sales and Distribution, ERP 6.0 EhP6, etc.
