Senior Project Operations Manager - Web3

Job Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design: Develop and execute cooperation plans between our Crypto wallet and popular/potential public blockchains and their ecosystems. Deeply understand project characteristics and leverage our product advantages to create innovative and attractive solutions.
2. Data-Driven Growth: Design growth strategies centered around data metrics, including project collaborations, event operations, and branding campaigns, to optimize conversion funnels.
3. Cross-functional Coordination: Coordinate with project teams, business development, operations, design, branding, content, and product departments to ensure the successful implementation of cooperation plans.
4. User Insights: Thoroughly understand the needs of Crypto users and align project implementation with user demands, providing greater value to our wallet users.
5. Project Research: Conduct research on popular/potential public blockchains and their ecosystems to explore various opportunities for our Crypto wallet.

Job Requirements:

1. At least one year of operational experience in public chains, DeFi, GameFi, NFT, or related fields.
2. Proven experience in C-end user growth, with a keen sense of industry trends and a data-driven mindset.
3. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficiency in other languages such as Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, or Turkish is a plus.
4. Deep understanding of the psychology and operational models of domestic and international players in the Crypto field.
5. Strong communication, coordination, and execution skills.
6. Ability to work under pressure.
