1. Develop new suppliers and accumulate high-quality resources based on the company's SMS, voice, social media and other resource status;

2. Based on the customer's SMS and voice requirements, inquire with the operator and supplier to select suitable resources;

3. Qualification information submission, procurement progress promotion, coordination and docking testing, and other operations.

4. Establish and maintain positive cooperative relationships with existing suppliers, and strive for and apply for better benefits for the company (SLA, post payment qualifications, etc.).

1. Bachelor's degree or above;

2. Fluent in spoken English, skilled in writing business letters, with a preference for proficiency in Spanish;

3. More than 2 years of procurement experience, with relevant SMS and voice operator resources, industry experience is preferred;

4. Strong learning ability, active thinking, flexible and versatile. Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently develop and maintain clients.
