Job Description- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing & Production
Position Title: Senior QA Executive / Assistant Manager (QA)
- Working Location: Redhill (Near to the MRT)
Working Hours:
5 days a week (Flexi Hours) - Salary Package: Up to $5500 (Basic) + $88 (Fixed Allowance) + AWS + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent
Conduct regular quality assessments to troubleshoot and resolve issues with product functionality.- Partner with R&D to evaluate new products or parts and generate detailed quality reports.
Execute functional, performance, and reliability tests.
- Maintain compliance with Quality Management Systems, including ISO
Provide expert QMS advice and lead continuous improvement efforts across all business units.- Manage ESG projects from initiation to completion, aligning with corporate sustainability goals.
Create and oversee project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource coordination.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
Perform additional duties as delegated by the team leader.
Bachelors degree in Electronic and Electrical Engineering.- At least 5 years of experience in operations, quality, and engineering within the manufacturing sector.
Proficient in Quality System Standards, including ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001.
- Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, ESG frameworks, and current industry trends.
