Salary: $3800 - $4700
Working Location: West, Buroh Str
Working Hours: Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
Responsibilities:
- Review tender documents, prepare quantity take-offs, estimate costs, develop tender strategies.
- Administer contracts, monitor project progress, prepare valuations, manage subcontractors.
- Implement cost control strategies, analyze project costs, prepare reports.
- Lead and mentor the team, provide technical guidance.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in the construction sector.
- Strong negotiation skills, meticulous attention to detail, positive work attitude, analytical thinking, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Committed, independent, and a team player.
Remuneration will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
