Senior Quality Engineer

THE COMPANY

Our client is a renowned organization in the Marine & Offshore industry with a strong presence globally. They are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to be part of the organization's expansion plan.

THE ROLE

The Senior Quality Engineer is responsible for:

• Identify areas for process improvement within the organization and lead initiatives to optimize efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardized procedures.
• Plan, execute, and report on internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.
• Support external audits by regulatory bodies and certification organizations, ensuring all required documentation and evidence are available.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ISO standards relevant to our industry, ensuring that the organization remains compliant.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality management documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 experience in quality assurance, process improvement, or a similar role.
