Establish, develop, update and maintain the QEMS system and work with respective stakeholders to develop and revise procedures (ISO 9001:2015).
Monitor & analyze trends and quality performance.
Manage the certification and audit of the Company ISO (ISO 9001:2015 internal and external audits) to ensure all ISO 9001 and relevant certifications objectives and requirements are met.
Manage and ensure internal and external audit comply to QEMS requirement. This includes maintaining accurate records and coordination of initiatives improving QEMS.
Effectively communicate the QA strategies, processes, and needs across organization through quality programs and campaigns.
Participate in customer audit, lead investigations of quality issue with customers and internal stakeholders and follow up the CAPA action items to resolve all customer feedbacks / complaints.
Inculcate and promote a culture to deliver high standard of quality in services rendered to customers.
Responsible for managing Supplier / Vendor management on-boarding, improvements based on non-conformities, supplier audits and KPI's.
Support internal stakeholders on Management of Change.
Liaise, fulfill, monitor and update customer on their KPI and other requirements.
Responsible for monthly quality management review meeting and other quality performance reports where required by Management.
Inspect Warehouse, Drumming including Transport & Yard areas and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Conduct training on ISO 9001 requirements, quality awareness and quality related issues.
Contribute to any other projects assigned by the Line Manager.
2 Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in relevant Quality, Science or Engineering studies.
ISO 9001:2015 lead or internal auditor certificate from accredited institution would be an advantage
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in the quality function preferably in chemical, manufacturing, or logistics industry.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills with at least 3-5 years experience in leading a quality team.
Experienced in improving, maintaining and drives implementation and compliance of ISO 9001 management system would be an advantage.
Experienced in customer / supplier quality management would be an advantage.
Positive can-do attitude and self-initiated with strong sense of job ownership.
