- Ensure smooth on-site work execution and timely handover, with shop drawings that meet site requirements, are practical, clear, align with client expectations, and support company profitability
- Review tender documents, drawings, and corrigenda in line with the document control process, and manage project budgets, cash flows, and adjustments for design changes, construction variations, and budget revisions
- Handle project procurement, purchasing, progress claims, variations, final accounts, and general contract administration, including payments and variation orders
- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers using a strong understanding of market rates
- Strong organizational, reporting, and analytical skills with in-depth knowledge of construction industry processes and requirements
- Regularly report evaluation findings and project progress to HQ
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying/Engineering/Construction/Building or equivalent
- At least 12 years of Procurement & Contract (P&C) experience in construction industry
- E Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and collaborate with diverse teams
