To manage all contractual matters relating to cost and delays with the client and the subcontractors.
Leading a team of QS and responsible on procurement, sourcing for subcontractors / suppliers, cost evaluation and interim payment claim and certification to the client and subcontractors / suppliers.
Final Account settlement with the client and sub-contractors
Degree / Diploma In Building or its equivalent.
5 years experience prefarably experienced with LTA's MRT projects.
Well-versed and knowledgeable of construction contract terminology.
Able to work in a team and support the project manager in contract administration and cost control.
