Prepare and vet tender documents which include drafting contracts/specification clauses, evaluating and providing recommendations for tenders and awarding construction and procurement sub-contracts
Evaluate tender submissions and preparation of sub-contract/work order administration matters including but not limited to assessing contractor's claims for variation works
Ensure compliance with appropriate tendering and procurement procedures
Assist in recommending and implementing innovative solutions and best practices on procurement and contract strategy and related functions
Perform any other ad hoc duties as required
Job Requirements:
Possess a Post Graduate Diploma or Bachelor's Degree Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
3 to 5 years of working experience in a related field or construction background is preferred.
Experience in Private Residential Projects, Commercial Projects, and PPVC Projects is an advantage
Good communication and written skills in English and Mandarin
Ability to work well in a team, independently and demonstrate initiative and commitment
