- Able to fully understand and highlight keypoints on all the tender documents.
- Prepare and submit BQ within the required deadline for Manager's approval.
- Conduct on-site preliminary with detail meeting records.
- Conduct project kick-off meeting with site / system engineers.
- Ability to exercise independent judgment.
- Good communication and organization skills.
- Knowledgeable in AutoCAD in relation to Electrical installations.
- Positive and Good Attitudes, towards works and fellow colleagues.
