Provide administrative and contractual support and maintain all required project information throughout each project for claim purposes to ensure that the claim data are up-to-date and comprehensive.
Verify the accuracy of survey data, including measurements and calculations conducted at survey sites.
Consult with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foreman to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
Prepare progressive claims and potential variaton claims at regular intervals of the project.
Maitaining proper documentation of correspondence from contract award to job completion to ensure all relevant claims are lodged accordingly to the client timely.
Ensure proper closing-out of project account finalization.
Job Specification
At least a degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
At least 8 years of Singapore based Quantity Surveyor working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Candidate with experience in Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC) will be preferred.
Willing to work in the West.
Remuneration will be commensurate in according to working experience.
