1. Sub-contract Management including procurement, payment certification, variation order valuation, back charges, and
final account.
2. Main contracct management including progresss claim submission, variation order claim and final acccount.
3. Attending weekly commercial meeting, liaising with Consultant QS for commercial matters.
4. Contractual Letter writing e.g. NEOT, request for VO and other contractual matters.
5. Monthly budgetary cost report to Client , cash flow projection
Requirements
. A Bachelor's Degree in Science, Building or Engineering.
. At least 5 years of experience in the procurement of construction projects and/or building variation works.
. At least 3 years of supervisory experience in managing a team of Quantity Surveyors.
. Experience in the construction industry.
