Senior Quantity Surveyor (Up to $5000)

Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor (ID6010)
Location: Singapore Based (Office at City Hall, current project at Lakeside)
Working Hours: 5.5 Days work per week (8.30am to 5.30pm, Saturday Half Day - can claim OT)
Salary: $4,200 - $5,000

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Able to Perform Leaderships and Training to AE team
2) Constructive Suggestions to Superiors with Solutions to Problems
3) Able to communicate with Staffs and leading with guidance to avoid misunderstanding throughout tender process
4) Responsible to All Tender Costing before presented to Superiors for Management meeting
5) Works pro-actively, well-co-ordinated in the Report and able to meet Superior's expectation

8) Willingness to listen, learnt and adopt
9) Focusing at continuous improvement
10) Attend and Responsive to All Tender submission and Tender Interview and Post Tender Addendums
11) Performed due diligence works scope and responsibility
12) Basic QS job scope (eg. Measurement and Calling Quotation) still applied if Internal staff resources are tight
13) Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender preferred

Job Requirements:
. Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent
. Bilingual in English and Mandarin (to handle queries and communicate effectively with our Mandarin speaking clients)
. Able to manage and mentor junior staff
. Above 5 years with Experience in A & A works tender preferred
