Responsibilities:
- Lead development of new process to recycle and reuse metal scraps.
- Research and develop process of upcycling metal scraps (titanium/aluminum alloy).
- Research recycling of 3DP metal powders and reduction of raw material cost.
- Provide development plan and risk mitigation for projects to management.
- Manage collaboration projects with Institute of Higher Learning or Research Institutes on new material or new technology development.
Requirements:
- Masters / PhD in Materials Science, Metal Material Engineering or Analytical Chemistry.
- 2 years of relevant R&D working experience preferred.
- Have experience in metal material development and qualification in either mold, fixture or product.
- Possess knowledge in material characterization and metal powder production process.
