Position Overview:
As a
Senior Recruiter at HiPPO Prop, you will play a crucial role in building our talented team of real estate professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to lead recruitment strategies, drive talent acquisition, and contribute to the growth of a dynamic and innovative company.
This is a fixed salary role with bonus incentive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Recruitment Activities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and selecting relevant agents for various roles within the company.
Brand Alignment:
Ability to identify and recruit agents who align with our various company brands.Develop Recruitment Strategies:
Create and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.Candidate Engagement: Engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job portals, and networking events.
- Conduct Interviews: Lead interviews and assess candidates to ensure a strong cultural and technical fit.
Manage Candidate Experience:
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.New Agent Onboarding:
Oversee the onboarding process for new agents, facilitating their smooth transition and integration into the company.
What Were Looking For:Extensive Recruitment Experience:
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the real estate or related industry.Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Tech-Savvy:
Proficiency with the use of social media to reach out to relevant candidates.Organized and Detail-Oriented:
