What you will do
- Understand client's requirements and conduct a search for potential candidates
- Filter and assess suitability of potential candidates, adjusting the search parameters and direction when applicable
- Conduct interviews using a range of reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to seek out the ideal candidate for the position
- Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to various job boards to generate pipelines
- Enhance candidate pool through efficient utilization of internal database, networks, and professional networking events
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the organization to enhance efficiency to keep us ahead of the competition, and induce retention internally
Who we are looking for:
- Degree or above in any disciplines
- Good presentation and communication skills, with the ability to deal with external clients professionally
- Self motivated and results driven, with a positive mindset in wanting to succeed
- Able to think outside the box for creative solutions and challenge the status quo
- Proven sales track record within an external recruitment setup
- Experience in managing both client and candidate relationships
