What you will do:
- Source, screen and manage candidate expectations effectively throughout the entire process.
- Sell Morgan McKinley, our clients, services, current opportunities and you as a consultant to candidates.
- Be a career partner to your candidates and clients, ensuring alignment between all parties.
- Identify and generate leads to develop a strong pipeline and achieving success on your desk.
- Collaborate across your team and the wider business sharing information and supporting x-selling
- Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets by establishing and executing SMART goals and plans.
- Initiate, develop and manage client business relationships and provide excellent service to our clients and candidates alike.
- Build a specialist proposition and talent pool to engage potential clients
- Contribute to marketing initiatives that will help elevate your profile as a specialist recruiter through blogs, events, media, and marketing collaterals.
- Compliant to company policies and data protection guidelines.
What we are looking for:
- Proven track record as a recruitment consultant from an agency, or alternatively with clear success in a B2B sales role
- You are a problem solver, inquisitive and resourceful.
- You should be organized in your thinking and approach to work, able to multitask efficiently.
- Outstanding communication and influencing/interpersonal skills.
- You are a professional, self-motivated individual with a relentlessly positive attitude, desire to learn, and a team player.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and self-confidence, and who thrives on working under pressure and to tight deadlines.
