Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant:

• Job Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Conduct client meetings to discuss job requirements, company culture, and recruitment strategies.

Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on recruitment progress and market insights.

• Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to attract high-quality candidates.

Screen and interview candidates to assess their skills, experience, and suitability for specific roles.

• Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process, including interview preparation and offer negotiation.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial job briefing to candidate placement.

• Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

Conduct reference checks and facilitate background verification procedures as required.

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base and generate revenue.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and maximize profitability.

• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company's services and build relationships with potential clients.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

• Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Share market insights and best practices with clients and colleagues to enhance recruitment strategies.

• Job Requirements:

Min 2 years proven experience as a recruitment consultant or similar role.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and business development acumen.

• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets.
