You will be part of the Regional Agency/FA and Bancassurance team to actively develop new client acquisition to support our affluent and HNW business growth, specifically on regional wealth.
The Job
. Develop and execute strategic plans to identify, introduce and acquire high-value, high net worth clients to GE, leveraging professional networks and relationships to drive referrals and expand GE client base. Primary market focus to be China, India and ASEAN.
. Lead and collaborate with agency partners to provide and deliver a total wealth management experience to new-to-company clients, ensuring seamless onboarding and proactive management.
. Facilitate and support customers purchase journey via licensed financial representatives within assigned agency team.
. Takes ownership and accountability in considering business and regulatory compliance risks and takes appropriate steps to mitigate the risks.
. Ensure that transactions are compliant with governing laws and ethical standards, and comply to all applicable policies and procedures
. Maintains awareness of industry trends on regulatory compliance, emerging threats and technologies in order to understand the risk and better safeguard the company.
. Highlights any potential concerns /risks and proactively shares best risk management practices.
. Minimum 5 years of proven track record in sales acquisition or business development experience in the high net worth space.
. Tertiary Education, preferably Bachelor's degree.
. Exceptional new relationship building skills
. Possess a sharp business development focus and demonstrative innovative approaches.
. Able to anticipate client requests/needs and resolves queries in a timely manner.
. Highly driven and positively motivated.
. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
. Polished and mature to handle affluent market segment
